Josh Posnick | Global Head of Capital Markets, Trammell Crow
Josh Posnick serves as Global Head of Capital Markets for Trammell Crow Company, responsible for leading the firm’s global capital strategy across all equity and debt programs, including capital formation, financing execution, and balance sheet optimization.
Posnick joins TCC from Mill Creek Residential Trust in Washington, D.C., where he was most recently the Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, responsible for project capitalizations across the U.S. Prior to that, he was involved in all phases of the firm’s multifamily development, throughout the MidAtlantic region, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and dispositions. He also worked in Deloitte’s Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Practice.

Sondra Wenger | Head of Capital Markets, KBS
Sondra leads the firm’s institutional fundraising strategy across separate accounts, co-investments and funds. With a focus on pension funds, sovereign wealth, family offices and endowments, she builds long-term capital partnerships by aligning investor goals with innovative structures and market-driven insights. As a member of the senior executive leadership team and Investment Committee, Sondra works closely with acquisitions and asset management to drive strategic portfolio growth.
With over two decades of experience and leading investment teams for more than $17 billion in closed real estate transactions. Helping raise $2.8 billion in committed capital, leading over $9 billion in joint ventures, and participating in six fund formations. Bringing unmatched expertise across core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies in both debt and equity. Her track record spans 50 plus U.S. markets and includes leadership roles at CBRE Investment Management, CIM Group, General Electric, Equity Office Properties Trust, and AMB (now Prologis).

Victor Calanog, Ph.D. | Global Co-Head of Research and Strategy, Manulife Investment Management
Victor is global co-head of research and strategy for Manulife Investment Management’s real estate platform. He previously served as head of commercial real estate economics at Moody’s Analytics and, prior to that, he served as chief economist and senior vice president at REIS. Through all of his roles, Victor led the creation and implementation of estimation and forecasting models for real estate markets, valuation, and risk platforms for portfolio analytics, and served as a key spokesperson for clients, the industry, and media through thought leadership initiatives. His assessments of market conditions have appeared in major international publications, and he serves on several boards and committees. Victor is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Matt Ferrari | Founder & Managing Partner, PXV Multifamily
Matt Ferrari is the Founder and Managing Partner of PXV Multifamily, a Miami-based multifamily investment and operating firm focused on the acquisition, ownership, and oversight of apartment communities across select key markets in the United States. The firm invests across a broad range of multifamily opportunities, emphasizing institutional-quality assets and situations where active asset management and operational execution are central to value creation.
Previously, as Co-Chief Investment Officer at TruAmerica Multifamily, Mr. Ferrari led over $11 billion in apartment acquisitions and played a central role in raising more than $4 billion in joint venture and discretionary equity. He helped expand the firm’s national platform and oversaw asset management and operations for a 22,000-unit portfolio across the Eastern and Central U.S.

Brad Hargreaves | Founder & Editor-in-Chief, Thesis Driven
Brad Hargreaves is the founder and a partner at Thesis Driven. Over the past decade he has co-founded General Assembly, a pioneer in education and career transformation specializing in today's most on-demand skills, as well as Common, a multifamily operating company focused on innovative housing typologies like coliving.

Ray Mazzie | Managing Partner, Southern Waters Capital (“SWC”)
Ray Mazzie focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and assembling the necessary team to develop each project. Before co-founding SWC, Ray led corporate development for a startup company, where he raised capital and worked to structure partnerships with research universities as well as local, state, and federal governments. Ray holds a JD/MBA from Florida State University and degrees in economics and political science. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a former Florida Gubernatorial Fellow for Governor Rick Scott.
Ray has extensive experience working with legislators and government agencies, having previously worked at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and the Florida Lottery. In addition to advising small businesses and startups on business strategy and legal issues, Ray has also worked with corporate clients on business structuring and transaction needs and been involved in real estate transactions, asset dispositions, and business continuity implementation.
