  • How can I sponsor this event?

  • What is the cancellation policy? 

    • Any customer who has purchased a ticket to Elevate and needs to cancel for any reason including, but not limited to, a personal matter, a scheduling conflict or force majeure, the attendee must inform Bisnow of the change via email at curators@bisnow.com. Cancellations will be subject to the following terms:

      • Cancellations filed on or before April 15, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $300 credit card processing fee.

      • Refunds will not be issued after April 15, 2026 except in the case of any government-issued travel restrictions preventing travel to the event. Subject to Bisnow approval, you may send someone comparable at your firm at no charge.
