Since co-founding Peachtree Group in 2007, Greg has successfully overseen investments of approximately $10.0 billion in commercial real estate and various other enterprises.

With over 24 years of experience, he brings extensive credit and equity investing expertise, particularly in hotels and other commercial real estate assets. Greg was formerly senior vice president of business development for Specialty Finance Group, originating more than $2.0 billion of credit transactions. Previously, he was vice president of business development for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Asset-Backed Lending Division. During his six-year tenure, he originated, closed and funded more than 300 hospitality FF&E financing transactions with an aggregate capital structure exceeding $10.0 billion.

Vicki Davis is a Managing Partner, and co-founder of Urban Atlantic. While overseeing development and asset management for Urban Atlantic, Ms. Davis has managed the development of more than $3 billion in real estate projects and overseen a portfolio in excess of $5 billion in real estate investments. Her 30-year real estate career includes serving as Deputy Director of the Maryland Housing Fund and its Housing and Community Development’s Division of Credit Assurance, as well as portfolio management for MNC Financial’s South Charles Realty Corp. and multifamily development for Trammell Crow Residential. She has developed more than 10,000 multifamily residential units and nearly 3 million commercial square feet for Urban Atlantic, including 11 large-scale public-private redevelopments for local jurisdictions, transit authorities, and public housing authorities in DC, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Tennessee.

Simon serves as president of Ackman-Ziff, a position he assumed in 1995. Since joining the firm as an analyst in 1989, Simon has overseen the firm’s arranging of over $80 billion of debt, mezzanine and equity financings for some of the nations most sophisticated and prestigious real estate owners and developers while solidifying the firm’s relationships with key capital sources. Simon has engineered the firm’s collaborative culture which functions as a magnet for talent. He has directed its evolution as an industry thought-leader.

Bob Murphy has over 33 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, ownership and investment. He joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1987, managing the firm’s regional operations for many years as Principal. Bob’s last role with TCC was area president of the development and investment group in the Mid-Atlantic where Bob and his team completed $1.8B of investments totaling over 10 million square feet. He co-founded MRP Realty (MRP) in 2005, capitalizing on his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Atlantic real estate markets, extensive network of capital relationships, and his reputation as a collaborative and creative partner to drive the firm. Under Bob’s leadership, MRP has deployed nearly $6B of office, residential/mixed-use and industrial developments and acquisition investments with a current portfolio of 15 million square feet and an active pipeline totaling over 10 million square feet.

Based in Chicago, Lauro Ferroni is the Head of Capital Markets Research for the Americas. His responsibilities include leading JLL’s capital markets research team and strategy for the Americas, and tracking real estate transactions, global capital flows and investment yields.

Daniel English is a founder and managing partner of Legacy Investing. Daniel leads Legacy’s strategy and investment activities. Prior to Legacy, Daniel was a tech start-up and public company executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management. Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

Cindy Diffenderfer | President & CEO, Orion Haus

Cindy is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Orion Haus since January 2020. Cindy is also a Board Member of the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) Social Justice Task Force since May 2023, where they engage with community activists and stakeholders in Broward County. Cindy is an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council since August 2021. Cindy also serves as an Advisory for the Real Estate Cyber Consortium since April 2023 and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Advisory Board since July 2022. Cindy is associated with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce since June 2022 as part of the Leadership Fort Lauderdale. Cindy is a founding member of Florida International University since January 2019. Cindy co-founded NATIIVO in August 2015. Prior to that, she founded and served as the CEO of Miavina from November 2014 to December 2019. Cindy also co-founded Niido in August 2015 and served as the CMO until February 2019.

Jay Friedeck | Managing Director, Asset Management & Operations, Magnolia Capital & STYL Residential

Jay is the Managing Director of Asset Management & Operations at Magnolia Capital & STYL Residential, a nationally focused real estate investor based in Chicago. Jay oversees asset management, revenue, marketing and capital for Magnolia Capital. Prior to joining Magnolia Capital, Jay worked for LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company focused on multifamily. Jay was one of the first employees hired at LivCor and was responsible for the creation and implementation of several processes involving cross-department collaboration to benchmark LivCor’s operating partners. In his tenure at LivCor, Jay continuously improved and created new processes as the company acquired and sold a total of 275 properties (82,000 units) from 40 properties (12,000 units) when he started. Jay was promoted to oversee the Revenue department at LivCor where he led a team responsible for $600M in yearly rental income.

David Becker oversees all Equity Department personnel and capital market strategies

including institutional equity, strategic joint ventures, family offices, tax exchanges, and a

series of investment funds offered throughout the Broker-Dealer financial advisory

community to high-net-worth investors. David also has acquisitions and asset

management experience spanning twenty years across the US and Western European

markets and is involved in evaluating new acquisition targets that meet TEI’s investment

objectives. David graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of

Business with dual degrees in Finance and Accounting.

Dustin C Jones | Clinical Associate Professor, NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate

Jones is a scholar of comparative international real estate, with a specialization in land use regulations, property rights, historic preservation, and cultural resource management. Prof Jones has more than 25 years of experience serving clients in both domestic and international real estate development.  Jones currently leads an international real estate consultancy, after serving as a partner at two international law firms where he focused on international trade, US-Mexico transactions, and real estate development & land use regulations. Jones has led global real estate programs in Dubai, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, Mexico City, and Vancouver.
